      Pros

      The team is very friendly and supportive! Everyone is open, helpful, and fun to work with. The company offers a hybrid working setup, including certain fully remote weeks throughout the year. Managers pay attention to employee development and invest time in helping people grow.

      Cons

      As with most startups, things can move quickly and priorities shift, which can be challenging at times. But overall, the experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Only one day per week at the office, flexible working hours, proper chance to get promoted and get a payrise, a company you are never bored in, colleagues are nice and really smart.

      Cons

      Things can move quite fast, typical for a startup and everyone works hard, but wouldn't say this is necessarily a con. It's challenging, but also rewarding.
