Most of the people are friendly. The job is relatively easy to do as a production operative

Cons

Doing repetative work causes aches and pains in the body. Standing all day for long hours in the same place. Quite a bit of discrimination going around between long standing employees toward new employees. There is definitely a culture within the company and those from a certain nationality can be very rude (or very nice if you are lucky). Very cold conditions to work in.
