      Employee Beware - Dont Work Here

      Pros

      Their mission is great on paper. College interns have a chance to have a decent summer job. No other pros.

      Cons

      Severely underpay based on industry standards. Management lacks the ability and desire to run the company properly. History of just using interns for cheap labor then turning over when they want a full time job. Sales Reps are mismanaged and not given proper support. Inside sales slowly taking over as they are cheaper than experienced sales reps. Management does not value or respect employee opinions/time. A few “good ol boys” that know each other somehow made their way in to leadership and are hiring family friends to run the company that are unqualified at best.

      Pros

      Organizational growth has been a "double-edged sword" - growing client base while continuing to have service delivery and scheduling issues. Stated mission is admirable - the operational execution has been inconsistent at best.

      Cons

      Financial uncertainty; lack of bottom line growth; a steady stream of interns and inexpensive DSU students and graduates. High turnover for a small company. Lack of communication and synergy between locations and the field personnel. Much lower compensation than is typically available in financial services vertical. Desires a national presence but does not have the resources to adequately achieve and manage.
