      Pros

      You have to be ready to roll up your sleeves here if you want to succeed. The pace is fast ! The workload is heavy BUT the rewards are well worth it !! The compensation package is good and rewards success. The benefit package is better than expected. The company continues to expand rapidly and the opportunity for advancement is available from the field staff through the management team.

      Cons

      The life/ work balance can be challenging. With the exception of pure office staff, you better be ready to travel.

      Talented workforce, management provides the tools and drive to allow employees to succeed and grow. Safety is the highest of priorities. Company is poised for even more growth.

      Cons

      As with most committed teams, longer days are required in order to complete projects - goes with the territory.

      Pros

      Great company culture from what I see from the field. Management promotes a positive atmosphere and understands the value of their people.

      Cons

      You can be a good employee and do an excellent job, but after the job is done and nothing else is available, you will be laid off until something else comes up. Only happened 2 x in 3 years, but it is tough when it happens.
