3) Freshers has to keep one lakh deposit for 3 years as bond. If you leave within 3 years they will get 1 lakh. From these money they celebrated annual day.
4) Half of the company doing nothing then also they are hiring freshers.
5) Some members are manager's relations, they don't do anything simply they will get salary.
6) There is no appreciation for your work
7) If you give party to managers, if you drop your managers to their home then you will get good hikes.
8) If you consider this as company, then you are big fool. You have to wear tie like school children.
9) Worst management and HR policy.
10) They will take 300 rs from interns for Coffee, tea and water.
11) They will give worst food to Japanese trainees.
12) For Indian employees they don't give anything, they will cut 300 rs from your salary for tea and coffee.
13) They are money minded people, If you reach office by 1 minute late they will cut your 30 minute salary
14) Low package and less hike like 500 rs
15) you have to keep your laptop in company, they don't allow you to take laptop to your home.
16) Not employee friendly company.
