      None..Beware of these scamsters..They operate with different names like mmc systems..They themselves will not be able to provide any pros...

      Cons

      Low Pay, Worst treatment to the consultants, no insurance, no onsite support, no relocation help, guest house as dirty as a dumpster, no timely pay, they would even charge you half for filing your H1...If you hear SCMData or MMC Systems, run away.....

      WORST EVER--they're all SCAMMERS. BEWARE!

      Pros

      ZERO! before they market you, they allow you to go through 2 weeks training which is basically material you could find online YOURSELF. you would rather much do it on your own then learn from somebody who's overseas who has "technical issues"every other day. don't bother wasting your time!

      Cons

      SCAM SCAM SCAM! what more do you need to know?! these people are the WORST! they have NO ethical or moral code/NO professionalism. it's a big waste to go through these people, you'll just be sitting at home waiting for a job for months and months. they make you sign this contract before you take the online training-and if you void it's a $5000 penalty. another scam! they make up fake resumes with years and years of experience for you; ridiculous. BEWARE A SCAM!
