Benefits are ok Profit sharing 401k is good The Admin employees are the only morally good employees they have If you like hunting or fishing, good news, that's literally all the installers talk about 24/7
Cons
Managers don't care about you or what you do for the company. Will fire you at the first sign of losing a project or being over on labor. Will make up poor performance and morality excuses on your termination letter, which will be sudden and without warning to get you out and to avoid paying unemployment. Extremely poor personal file record keeping I've observed what seems to be a revolving door of cheap labor thru the use of underpaid scholarship interns, most of which don't seem to make it past the 2yr schooling and 2 yr work contract. When they do they are either fired or paid below medien wage.
