Understaffed, poor conditions and negligence in staff and public safety.
While working for the company I was horrified to find many of the conditions of welfare for animals and members way below standard. After voicing my concerns I was ultimately pulled into various surprise meetings with the company management to ultimately in a round about way tell me not to voice the concerns and nothing could be done about such matters (this ultimately resulted in my final decision to leave as I have always prioritised welfare and ethics before anything else in my line of work and always pushed for progression of husbandry practices rather than just meeting the minimum standards).
As well as this there was a multitude of electrical fire hazards and safety concerns not just for staff and animals, but members of the public. Honestly as a company, I'd steer clear of this one. Management is as useless as a chocolate teapot and will actively work against you. Not a nice environment to work in.
