Good for someone that willing to learn knowledge and experience many kind of projects. People are nice and will guide your slowly and neatly.
Cons
Usually need to working on weekends and public holiday. Can discuss to adjust to take holiday on weekdays, but often quite hard due to lack of people. Often working overtime.
