Dynamic work environment.
Exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Multicultural and collaborative teams.
Flexible work arrangements (in some roles).
Opportunities for professional development.
Cons
High workload during peak periods.
Limited project choice.
Career progression can be unclear.
Dependence on client requirements.
Inconsistent work-life balance across teams.
Flexible schedule and some independence. Great growth opportunities.
Cons
Unorganized management. Pays way below market and seems to think people are privileged to work for them. Expects way too many hours from employees. CEO is incredibly difficult. Waits to offer market salaries until employees are out the door. Don’t join low- this is a place where you won’t get paid for your growth, only if you come in with experience.
Flexible time (I worked with art. 22 in Chile), Friendly Workspace and work team, easy to talk with project managers, Training options
Cons
Low wage compared to others consultants, sometimes we had to do too much overtime, our project managers were too permissive with the clients, the heads sold unreal projects to clients
