      SIA Group is a great place to work! Family-friendly environment where leadership genuinely cares about their employees. The company is professional, transparent, and truly values its team. Highly recommend!

      Great introduction to insurance

      Pros

      Being brand new to the insurance industry, I was given everything needed to jump start my career. I had every resource I needed to do my job, had peers to help guide me through processes, and felt welcome. I would have stayed long term if my personal situation hadn’t changed.

      Cons

      The company is updating a lot of procedures and it could be tough to keep up with. All changes seemed to be for the good but being newer it was a lot to keep up with.

      if you have never worked anywhere else then you might think this is a good place to work

      Cons

      No leadership, no training, have to be onsite when everyone else in the insurance industry works remotely, they are stuck in the past and refuse to change to meet the standards desired by employees. They have high turnover and zero sales agents who actually know what they are doing.
