      Great products and training, management issues

      Pros

      Best products on the market, great training, vehicle top class. Reasonable salary and holiday pay.

      Cons

      Manager is employed only to focus on staff below him, expect joint visits at least every three weeks which continue throughout your employment. Decisions on company strategy are made by mangers in other countries without consulting the guys on the ground.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very important to the company, and they pay a fair salary.

      Cons

      Swiss company, so still very stuck in strict Swiss methods. They are trying to be more open minded though.

      Sie bieten einen guten Arbeitsplatz, aber die Arbeit selbst ist uninteressant, aber man muss durch eine Million Schulungen gehen, um zu beweisen, dass man für die Arbeit geeignet ist. Jeder will alles verbessern, aber in Wirklichkeit will niemand Feedback hören und nach Beschwerden bleibt alles wie vorher. Viele Unternehmen halten an älteren Mitarbeitern fest, aber wenn diese in den Ruhestand gehen?
