Pros
-good locations? -decent benefits, though they kept changing so who even knows anymore Some talented people who do actually care, and do what they can with what they are given. Unfortunately that is doesn't pay off for them and becomes an exercise in futility.
Cons
-poor pay -long hours -most of the long term staff are just waiting for opportunity to jump ship Ever since Rob Sim stepped down the company has slowly cared less and less about it's employees, or it's clients. They brought in new corporate types to try and grow the company quick and cheap, then package it up for sale. That failed and now they're just trying to trim the fat and become as cheap and profitable as possible, no matter what damage they do to the lives of their employees, or the service to their customers.
