70% of the employees are really unhappy and they cant even quit because there is a bond, a total package for disaster.

In my 1 year experience at SISA they promised n number of things and delivered none. There is a lot of talk and no execution.
SISA LinkedIn page is a scam too. 589 employees is a big lie they have not more than 120 - 150 employees all others are fake accounts just go to their profile and do some research see the last 10 to 15 pages of employees, false information everywhere.
Don't be surprised if you end up doing all your managers work too.
