Zero, nothing to consider a pro in this job.

Cons

You're provided zero benefits. No paid time off or a bonus and anything of the sort. They basically want a work horse who asks for nothing in return and is okay with working back to back 8 hour shift incase one of your team member takes leave. If you're ready to waste 3 to 5 years of your life with them, then there's a chance the company that you work in would offer you a permanent job.
