- A high school type environment where fitting in is more important than ones actual job performance. -Senior employees will bully and make things up in an attempt to get you removed from your position. -In my experience people on the Restorative Practices team could have done so much more. They would constantly steal time and act as if they were working. - Our team lead couldn't even write her own emails and would have others write them for her. She always showed up at the office late and was always the first to live. She was rarely around but you could always find her smoking in her care. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Although there are good people at this company there is are serious issues that can't be overlooked and management is being manipulated and lied to by people who only want to hang on to their jobs. I could go on and on but I would suggest running as fast as you can from this place.
