      Internal design team are great

      Cons

      Everything about this place is horrible. You’ll do well here if you’re ruthless and will step on anyone to get to the top. Ridiculously high turnover of staff due to the horrible environment. I had panic attacks working here. Worst place I’ve ever worked. Senior management alongside the owner Miles create a toxic environment.

      Mostly Nice people and great office.

      Cons

      Don’t pay well or give credit where it’s due. Only recognise the ladder climbers not the quiet ones working their backsides off but not shouting about it. Overworked.
