      The consultants will enjoy the 2% withholding tax deduction from their salary, that you cannot experience with other company. The Consultant can take home a high salary.

      Cons

      Accounting makes mistakes on payroll computations. While the HR department don’t know on how to communicate properly with Consultants. Beware!

      - Their contract is NOT clear - They don't care at all for their employees once they're hired - No government mandated 13th month pay - Hour-based pay (No work, no pay, including holidays) - No bonus - No leaves - Consultant positions only -
