Great culture, mid management and teams are fantastic people but lack training

Cons

No real strategy, loosing market share due to product development, un realistic revenue targets, lack of training or support form management.

Not many apart from work and life balance

Cons

There's a lot of unprofessional behaviour in the office and the majority of people don't care about performance or results. Those who do are not given enough training or resources to succeed in their job. Extremely demotivating environment to be in.

Great people at the company. Friendly and supportive management. The product is actually awesome and the customers love the service.

Cons

Slightly behind the times in terms of training. You'll be supported well, but self learning is a key skill. Not many opportunities to progress as company is small.
