Pros
1.) OFFICE- the office is relatively new, it has pantry, and free coffee 2.) Secured Workplace - there are security guard every floor. And Cctv camera every corners.
Cons
1.) Not Flexible- they do not allow work from home. 2.) Disfunctional team- I was in a team where the bosses I was working with don't have manners and professionalism. They treat people like garbage and they Micro manage you. 3.) No trust to employees - the office is very strict even in terms of lunch time . You can not have freedom my lunch is 12:30 in the afternoon and office hours is 8am to 5:30pm. We cannot file overtime if we are not in the office so on weekends we must go to the office to finish our works. Every corner has cctv and the lights turned off after 6pm so you need to work no lights. 4.) No career growth 5.) Low Salary 6.) Worst Culture 7.) Envy bosses 8.) No Christmas Parties and gift baskets
