      Pros

      This is the best work environment I have experienced in Quebec. If you are competent, you are trusted. No micromanagement and a high level of autonomy in daily work. Remote work is a big plus. Ability to evolve and improve processes quickly. The tech stack and processes are slowly but steadily evolving.

      Cons

      The codebase relies heavily on legacy code that does not always align with current industry standards, requiring a strong level of commitment to work with and evolve effectively.

      Pros

      Organization which has matured a lot with a great team, interesting technologies in a challenging environment.

      Cons

      We can always do better! The atmosphere was different many years ago but important efforts have been made. The location (Saint Jean) is challenging for people from Montreal or up north but remote work does make way easier now.
