Cons

Human resources worst in the world like a robot, no take care of employee well being and health. Just follow the top level management without take employee as a consideration. Workload damn heavy expect that employee can work with different role by received one salary. Increments less than market rate and benefits also.

You learn to be self sufficient, simply because they provide you with so little and expect you for so much

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, HR is operating off policies many years ago, email is fraught with spam, systems are a mess, very little transparency and zero regard for employee health and safety. There is also no proper channel of communication to file complaints or suggestions, and the only time employee satisfaction is being reviewed is upon exit iinterview, and even then not much is being done to rectify long-standing issues
