      1. The work culture and team are fantastic. 2. People encourage new ideas and help each other to grow. 3. There is no bias in the company be it the CEO of the company or an intern everybody is treated with the utmost respect and is valued. 4. The leadership is highly committed and has a clear goal as to where they want to reach. 5. Mentally stimulating and intellectual work.

      Pros

      Intelligent, passionate, fun coworkers. While working at Solve, you learn something new everyday. Everyone here looks out for one another, and they will help you as long as you are willing to ask. Leadership is thoughtful and strategic in planning the future of the organization. Great work/life balance. It is truly impressive to see how much Solve has grown within the time I've worked here.

      Cons

      Pro and a con- Everyone wears a lot of hats. There are times where you might have projects that might not coincide with one another, but this gives you the opportunity to learn new skills and build upon what you already know.
