Pros

A lot of free time. The 2 months I was there, first they told me to do trainning courses for 1 month unsupervised, then had 1 month on a internal project with technologies that didn't make any sense for it, without basically anyone watching over the project and very easy to achieve goals for sprints, sometimes finishing on Wednesday and not doing anything else until Monday.

Cons

Lies. Management tells the whole company there won't be any new layoffs for the time being, then 15 days later fire over 50 people. Bad management. Company hires over 60 new employees/contractors paying whatever they want, sending multiple messages to potential candidates over and over to do their hiring process to then fire 200 in the following 2 months. Bad ethic. You're forced to do some courses on things like ethic, anti-bribery policies, what are their values and how you should behave in situations. Sounds good? Well, they have all the answers in a Github project easily accessed and encourage you to use it Lots of ego boosting, They have weekly meetings showing some demos. Sometimes the demos doesn't even make sense, like once a guy walked around with a drone on his hand simulating the drone noise. Got lots of compliments for that Hard to solve problems. If you need anything, no matter how basic it is, you'll have to create a ticket for it.

Pros

At first it seems like a great place to work: - Great salaries. - Possibility of learning. - Projects from big companies.

Cons

But then it turned to be something totally different: - Few interesting projects, a lot of them were internal. - Little to no HR presence. - Bad communication. - Poor financial plan: they hired a lot of us with a very tempting salary and then they fired close to 100 people, without previous advice. - They insisted a lot with "Make everything right" and ethics, but they did exactly the opposite.
