Good Management & Administration Timely salary like any other big MNC Hikes based on the performance, one can expect even 200% hike if he really performing well. Free transportation from Hitech City MMTS station to Office. Lunch at subsidized price, free tea, snacks and free dinner if one is working beyond 7pm

1) Will get the salary exactly with out any delay 2) Will get food for less cost 3) Company is located at a good place 4) Have the free transport fasility from Hiteh City Railway Station

Cons

1) Low Pay, so even they gave the hike also you won't get much 2) Doesn't have projects on latest technologies, need to work on old tech 3) Apart from MD all the management will do internal politics 4) Especially my TL doesn't escalate to PM Who is doing work and who is not
