Secretive Company with no value for their words

No Pros. The only Good thing about this company is that they are liers who know to use good words....

Cons

They are very Secretive. Employees do not know what Management is thinking. If you join India office, get out fast. No scope there. You will be there forever and with no promotion, no learning. You will do just do same things always. No learning doing same thing like a clerk. Also, you will be working US time all year.... no compensation for it.

I worked for a company that was a nightmare. It was the worst decision of my life and I regret every moment I spent there. Here are some of the reasons why I quit the company: - The company did not value its Indian employees. They would call me at odd hours and demand me to work extra without paying me. They did not acknowledge my work and treated me like a machine. - The company was unfair and discriminatory. They preferred their US and old employees over their Indian ones and gave them more benefits and rewards. - The HR department was incompetent and unhelpful. They did not give me a proper job role and assigned me irrelevant tasks. They also did not help me when I had problems with my boss or co-workers. They only cared about pleasing the top management and ignored the needs of the employees. - The company lacked direction and vision. It was run by clueless and incompetent people who did not know how to manage a business. They did not have any clear objectives or plans and changed them often. They also did not value or respect the opinions or feedback of other employees except their favorites and informers. - The management used favorites and informers to spy on other employees. They used them to spread false and negative information about other employees and create a hostile work culture. They also made simple things complicated and difficult, thus showing they had no skill or knowledge in their domain. I advise you to stay away from this company. It was a horrible experience and it affected my mental health. It was a toxic place to work.

If you are looking for a job in the CRM domain, you might have come across SPAR Solutions, a company that claims to be a leader in Salesforce consulting and implementation. However, before you apply or accept an offer from them, you should know the truth about their work culture and practices. I am writing this review based on my personal experience of working with them for more than a year, and I hope it will help you make an informed decision. First of all, let me tell you that SPAR Solutions is not a professional or ethical company. They have a very high attrition rate and they fire people without any valid reason or warning. There is an executive in the US who micromanages everything and acts like a dictator. He has no respect for the employees and he treats them badly. He forms biased opinions about people and asks his subordinates in India to build a case against them and terminate them. He does not care about the quality of work or customer satisfaction, he only cares about his own ego and agenda. Secondly, the work environment at SPAR Solutions is very toxic and stressful. There is no transparency or communication between the management and the employees. The executive of India and the managers are spineless and they only follow the orders of the US executive. They do not support or mentor the employees, they only give useless lectures and feedback. They do not appreciate or reward the good performers, they only criticize and demotivate them. They do not provide any training or development opportunities, they only assign unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Thirdly, the work culture at SPAR Solutions is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They do not value the employees as human beings, they only see them as disposable commodities. They do not care about the employee's career growth or well-being, they only exploit them for their own benefit. They do not respect the employee's personal time or boundaries, they expect them to work 24/7 and be available at all times. In conclusion, I would strongly advise you to stay away from SPAR Solutions if you are looking for a job in the CRM domain. It is a nightmare to work with them and you will regret joining them. They are a fraud company that does not deserve your talent or trust. You will be better off working for a company that values its people and its customers. SPAR Solutions is a disaster and I hope they get exposed for their malpractices soon
