      Strong owner who runs the company, has different approach than most of his competition

      Pros

      Nice people to work with most care about the company and do their jobs well. Building is comfortable with attractive work areas. Very cross functional management team.

      Cons

      Can't make positive change. Owner is the only one who can change anything. No recongnition for resluts. Owner will fire people who get on the wrong side of him
