The only pros are you get salary on time and house and accommodation are cheap.
Cons
All the pros have a flipside too They give house nearby so they can call you at any time in case of any jobs that require urgent attention. No fixed working hours. They expect you to work 20 or 100 times more than what they pay for Salary and growth within the company is very low. They will lie about the CTC and there is no incentives. They will hold money from your own CTC and give it to us in the name of incentives and performance based increment is bogus You can NEVER balance your work and social life Mental pressure is very high and you can't take any independent decision atall. You just have to follow what the top management has to say The company work culture is very conservative and old school and politics is too high for any other companies. You never get recognised to whatever effort you put They say they'll give proper training but they expect you to do the work of an Assistant Manager during training period and all you'll do is followup on jobs because this company is always on shortage of manpower They expect you to study during training period but they won't let you to. You can't take leave whenever you want to and you can't meet your parents regularly. You will stuck in a rabit hole if you join this company. You can't think about future or what you wanna become with life. They say SPIC has got a big reputation. As much as it is kinda true, you'll have to endure all the mental pressure in a very toxic work environment. All you can think about is work even when you leave work.
