      Having a paycheck, some people are nice

      Micromanaged, estimators are escape goats, not many opportunities for advancement

      SPR has a very friendly workforce, ok pay, compressed schedule 3-4 12 hour shifts on a rotating basis

      Cons

      Excessive overtime, it wasn't mandatory but if you don't jump when they ask you to they will breath down your neck constantly. Hot work environment theres minimal AC so 70% of the time your roasting in an oven. Pay doesn't scale well over time. Also if you don't speak Spanish you will have trouble communicating with your coworkers and shift leads as most of them spoke very little english so communication was difficult.
