Bad management, will swap your role within the company without question. Does not care about morals, allows departments to slack off whilst others basically o the roles for them. Was willing to hire someone else to do a role i managed to do for an hour once a week, but wouldn't take someone else on for a role i was being forced into after 3 months of working there. Blackmailed me to say if i didn't that i would definitely be let go in 9 months even though i showed a lot of promise.

Very limited training, was expected to pick up the job there a then. Company is dependent on overtime to get through quarters. Management use bullying tactics. One member of staff is spoke to horrendously which has been witnessed by many people. Very little experience on the shop floor due to the fast rotation of people not staying. Management do not care about their staff and keep making very controversial decisions which upset the whole of manufacturing. Poor pay for the knowledge and commitment which is required for the job. Very little effort to try and keep valuable staff. I have been spoken to very disrespectfully on multiple occasions. Was expected to work overtime every weekend otherwise "you cannot progress". No union. Maybe this is how they get away with half the things that goes on?
