Everyone is friendly and becomes family. Ability to create your own processes within your sales team. Nice discount on glasses. Awesome health benefits. Customer Service manager rocks. Great team events. Happy hours every friday. Great culture and vibe. If you are a cyclist, you'll get paid more....is that a pro?
Cons
They kept hiring people solely because they were friends with the CEO or similar. These people would not have experience and would get paid more than a dedicated employee who would end up training them once they started
No regular reviews and therefore, no raises.
Gave away too many "free things" to people who didn't work at the company.
Anyone in customer service/sales support will most likely start out at $15/hr.
Sense of family/community amung all co workers. Collaboration, working together for a common goal...Our Spy brand!
Cons
Managing corp is located in France, with no real idea what to do with this iconic brand. Oh, they said they did, it was trumped up that they did, but due to 'corp' desicions since aquring the brand, Spy's name has been tarnished and I am personally hearing more and more derrogatory comments about my beloved brand. *saddness*
