We are so proud of our clients and colleagues at SRI, and we're glad to hear you are enjoying working with them.
We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the communication of our strategic and business development priorities. We will reflect on this and how we can better ensure that the team is aligned on the direction of our organisation. We are excited about the future of the organisation and our team, and we hope everyone can join in that excitement!
We'll be sharing the scheduled update on our three-year plan at the upcoming bi-annual update, and hope that this helps to clarify things.
