Lots of changes and high turnover while I was there made staff nervous. Lingering nepotism and narcissism.

Upper Management non-responsive to staff and middle management needs and issues; Upper management fires/lets go staff for random reasons without cause often; Too much gossiping and back-biting by upper level managers and the staff with whom they are friend -- causes strife within the staff.
