Pros
Amazing technology. Some really smart engineers. We get looked over though for new guys that haven't had a job and have new degrees. We work on govt contracts creating huge radar technology. It is my life
Cons
COO and managers aren't good. COO keeps changing our pay and hours. There aren't enough managers for projects. Noone wants to be a manager because of the COO and a few other engineers that are hard to work with. Pay is bad if you've been there long term. If you're young and just out of college they will pay you double what the 20 years experience and military radar experience I have gives them.
