Our company, named STRATA, does not have operations in London, England. STRATA is based in the United States--specifically in the states of Idaho and Washington.

      Pros

      I liked the immediate staff I worked with on a daily basis. The work load allowed for a wonderful work life balance.

      Cons

      The leadership is a high school bully crowd/clique. They have no desire to support growth and development. They are very stuck in "this is how we have always done it". They pay poorly and their benefits are a joke. Their paid time off policy is very over rated, if you do the math they are well behind any national average and certainly don't offer anything above and beyond.
