Pros
People are nice, pay seems fine
Cons
They are desperately trying to be a "top three, privately held, infrastructure-focused professional services firm" and they're cutting corners and making people angry in the process. They cut a lot of tech/CAD support a bit ago, and now there's very little internal support for the software we use 40 hours a week, causing a lot of inefficiency. They are forcing people back into the office three days a week, which is a waste of time especially for the smaller offices who are remotely supporting other projects. People are working 80 hours a week on some projects. Also, incredibly stingy with holidays and PTO. No days off between New Year's and Memorial Day. And no sick days -- you have to use PTO if you get sick.
