Cons
1. Some higher authority people have multiple faces. They will sweet talk in front of you and will blame you at you at your back. 2. 3-months notice period is hell.. They(HR) will not respond to you and you are not allowed to take any leaves in Notice period even if you are dying. I guess if you dye in the middle of the notice period they will extend the notice period in your next life and you have to serve it in your next life. 3. Some managers are good but most of them are very much annoying as hell.. they will not support you for the work you did and asked for and will shout at you in the meetings. 4. Managers refer their dumb non-technical friends in the company under them into some higher posts and will annoy you and will disturb you whole day. 5. As per HR they don't have the proper authority and value to say anything in the company. 6. Appraisal is like handing over a lollipop for the work you did. But once you drop your resignation then they will ask you for the amount you want. 7. HRs organize diff games.. but the best game that you will see here is the blame game. 8. No growth neither in pay nor in knowledge. 9. Managers will agree on everything and put the same deadline for all the agreed tasks and you have to work parallelly on two or more projects at the same time. They will also ask you to skip your Dinner and lunch just to complete the tasks (YES IT HAPPENED TO ME AS THEY ASKED ME SKIP MY DINNER>>)
