      Good work/life balance. Friendly team members and shift team leaders

      Cons

      Management see you as just a number. They don't value staff. They practice unfair discrimination on a regular basis.

      Change is not always good.

      Pros

      Not really sure anymore; change is seemingly constant. Without positive results. The few members of the “old guard” that remain are the only redeeming factors of this company.

      Cons

      The new leadership team is horrific. There are no inter-personal skills. There is no positive communication. Only “leadership by tyranny”. It’s a smorgasbord of attitudes. The HR department is amazingly unresponsive. IT is a train wreck.
