      Fast growth can mean that there is a temporary increase in roles and responsibilities until new employees are recruited and trained A geographically dispersed workforce can sometimes make it feel difficult to connect with colleagues

      Pros

      I have been with SWN for 5 years now. It is a very competitive company with the best technology on the market. If you like being part of something important, always learning new things and you want to make a difference, then this is the right place. There is a lot of visibility, everyone is working really hard and you are expected to have a good ethic and take pride in your work. All these are pros for me. If you just want a pay check than this is not the right job for you. This is also the best team of people I have ever worked with in more than 15 years in technology. Smart, quick, commited, fun.

      None-Not a good place to be if you're a professional.

      Very poor mgmt! Insecurity , no culture, mgmt doesn't listen, they'll keep info from you, will disregard you, two faced, no room to grow, no redundancy anywhere, patchwork mindset. High turnover
