Syzygy is a great company that values employees.

The management and co-workers are really personable and competent. More importantly, though, the team I worked with had a great relationship and supported each other, which made it a great work environment. My line manager and Account Director always took any feedback to heart and besides making sure we were developing within our roles, they ensured we received all the support needed. I was given loads of opportunities to develop and take on new challenges, as well as learning from our departments in the company. The culture overall is relaxed and humancentric and I've always known senior management and HR to be really helpful and kind! I would absolutely consider returning in the future if there was the right opportunity!
