      - Leadership team are great - super smart people who are humble and approachable. They know their stuff, but appreciate the value of the team. - Completely trusted and empowered to do your work. - Profitable, diverse and growing set of products.

      Cons

      - 100% remote not for everyone. - Most speak English, but it can be hard to communicate sometimes.

      Great remote-first culture. Top-notch people that are experts in their field (Marketing, Tech, Product) working together to build the world's biggest community of bootstrapped SaaS businesses. Flexible work environments (e.g., can work abroad without limitations). No or limited hierarchy, super engaged founders and very open-minded people. Great place to learn about best practices of managing and scaling SaaS businesses
