He is also dishonest and uses unethical and even illegal methods to his own personal benefit.

Being a family owned business and having a professional organization chart, the positions in the company are somehow inelastic, so your chance to get promoted and to get higher fast is low, not to mention its salaries are based on where you got your degree from and not based on your own capabilities and skills.
