      Pros

      They care about helping everyone grow and making sure everyone feels welcome. The managers encourage new ideas and talking openly. The pay, bonus, and benefits are FANTASITC!!!

      Cons

      The company is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and because of that, sometimes it takes a little longer for ideas to be put into place.
