the worst company to work with. Patent management and patent prosecution work is poorly handled. The new tie up is choking candidates

Cons

HR is in competent. Patent management is incompetent. They play with work quality. Their expenses are based on employee cut salary. Only mistake of my life is to join here.

Since its a small company you got to learn so many things. You can reach out to senior management easily. You can wear cloths of your choice. Casuals are allowed on weekdays !

Cons

They will not pay you well. Senior management is disoriented. Management has no vision. They lack leadership quality. They are lacking in technology.
