Like many MarTech companies, processes can still be evolving which can sometimes lead to a bit of ambiguity and lots of changes to keep up with There are several layers of hierarchy, so decision-making can sometimes feel a little removed from day-to-day teams. That said, it does mean there’s support available and shared ownership when challenges arise
