      Unique proposition in the market, solving real world issues in an eCommerce sector that will only continue to grow Cross functionally, everyone is super supportive and willing to help with great resources to keep on developing also Management empower you to grow and take on new challenges and always lend a hand with advice Deep focus from everyone in the company, pulling in the same direction and agility to change when needed Transparency right from the top and for everyone to see

      Not a negative but with any company experiencing this type of growth and the scale of the industry means you will be stretched with hard work but this is also rewarded

      Pros

      The communication throughout the process was excellent! Consistent, clear, and honest. I always knew what to expect and felt well prepared before every conversation. Everyone I met spoke highly of the company and its culture, which really came through authentically. There was a real focus on customers and value, which was obvious in every stage. I appreciated how structured and respectful the process was, it felt like my time was valued. The interviews helped me learn a lot about what success looks like in the role!
