Pros

My favorite part about working at Salted is my ability to have a direct impact on the larger organization. This growing company relies on the talent of its team to move the needle, and management provides the autonomy and resources to do so. I appreciate that everyone is hardworking and dedicated, and isn't afraid to challenge each other to be their best. I wouldn't say there is a "typical day" at Salted, each day brings something new. The company is a tech-based restaurant group that promotes quick, delicious, accessible healthy food. The "job" is one where you carve out your own lane, where your expertise is trusted and relied upon.

Cons

There's a lot of work to be done, so it's up to the individual to prioritize the work/life balance you desire.

Pros

Opportunities for upward mobility, but KM is the cap. Met lots of good people at kitchen level employment.

Cons

Micromanagement, mismanagement, poor communication, large menu with small labor hours and small team.
