- I am very proud to be working at Salv. - Very good conditions for remote work. - Salv as a company represents a truly caring work environment. - People here are very helpful and take pride in their work. - Great learning opportunities. - Stock options - AML sector is growing rapidly
Cons
- A lot of work is yet to be done. It is a small company still and many processes have not been developed yet. - Financial B2B sector can be slow to adapting to changes.

Pros
- The outcome of the work has a clearly positive impact to the world (we are helping our customers to enforce sanctions and fight the financial crime -- money laundering and fraud) - Challenging the authority is expected behaviour - Employees' health and wellbeing get a lot of emphasis - Although growing fast it is still a small company and relatively flat - Reasonable pacing at work (work smart, not fast, and don't burn out) - Stock options to employees
Cons
- There is still a lot of work to be done build proper sales, marketing, product and operations processes, but this is why I personally enjoy the early stage companies.
