Cons
- Limited upside potential as overseas offices are not well cared for by the head office in Korea, hence the issues mentioned below will persist unless drastic measures are introduced which is unlikely - Long hours with subpar compensation packages and benefits - Understaffed and overburdened with work - Severely underpaid - IT infrastructure is outdated and support is mostly non-existent (beware that although the name is Samsung, this company does not have any affiliation with Samsung Electronics apart from being in the same group and sharing a name) - No overtime pay - No option for flexible, remote working - Rigid corporate structure and hierarchical procedures where you can see a general lack of common sense - Employment contract cannot be changed mid-term although you are given additional work at any time Summary: This company seeks to employ people on the cheap and use for a short period of time before they inevitably leave and then the cycle starts again. I cannot think of a good reason why anyone would stay for a period longer than a year or two considering the way the company is being run at the moment. You are frankly better off looking elsewhere.
