There’s no much to say but I keep it short and sweet! I give this rating 2 stars, one of the reasons is the clothing and the second is the my lovely causal staff who I worked with.
Low pay salary and not a generous staff discount
The company in Perth & Claremont were toxic and never appreciated me or my work. If i do something wrong they will question me like it’s some pop quiz and not actually show me how it’s supposed to be done. I felt I was always judged and never listened to - management judged the way I operated the store (again everyone has different ways of learning).
There were several cases we I was discriminated for not wearing makeup or my uniform after telling them my condition. The company and store managers from both stores are very racist I was the only “white/caucasian” team member - it made me feel so insecure and uncomfortable (they will speak in their language in font of me which wasn’t very professional or pleasant in my opinion). A big believer on KPI, trust me!!! (Once you start you will know!) again I have tired to explain to my manager why KPIs are down and customers in Perth are very money cautious
how they send extra. Management pressures staff to convince customers to try on in store and from there to make a purchase, like seriously!!!! It’s not all about money!!! It’s about building customer relationships and making sales when the customers feel comfortable. Please stay away from this job, I suffered so hard - it felt like a never ending prison. You might love the clothes but working they’re not so good.
